Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, (must we willing to train on 1st shift for 1-2 weeks 7am-3:30pm)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate machinery to produce aluminum components to precise specifications
• Follow job layouts, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Perform machine adjustments and quality inspections during production runs
• Monitor machine performance and prepare materials for production
• Communicate equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly
• Assist with preventive maintenance and support a clean, safe work environment
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and cross-functional teamwork
• Perform other related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience operating or programming machines in a production or manufacturing environment (entry level welcome)
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics is a plus
• Familiarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Mechanically inclined with good math and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and be trained on punch press equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to operate machinery
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable with bending, reaching, and climbing as needed

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing plant with exposure to machinery and aluminum dust
• Safety glasses and hearing protection required in designated areas
